The challenge

The main challenge was to scale user acquisition and PPV sale pipeline using paid advertising with existing human resources. We are already successfully leveraging Display, Video, Shopping, Social and direct media buy, but are under-leveraging Google Search. We air 20+ live PPV events per week and we had limited resources to build dedicated campaigns, resulting in 10% of all events being promoted in Google Search.
